I like to call the teacher in the field of language education a trainer. In my opinion, the teacher is a leader towards achieving the goal, and he is not a language lecturer, because the language needs practice and application of skills, and a successful teacher can manage the educational process to implement successful practical application and not describe the language and talk about it that is isolated from reality.
The beginning of language learning needs a special understanding, as the student’s inability to speak eloquently in the language of the teacher does not mean his incompetence, but rather means that he needs a bridge that takes him to the other bank of the river, as he is proficient in his language and maybe other languages, but he needs to transfer proficiency to Arabic, and this important stage requires a very patient teacher, and this is what I trained on in my journey with teaching.
