I live in Korea, and I love travelling as well as learning new languages, so I took the opportunity to travel to wonderful places such as Thailand and China. Because of this, I had so many precious experiences, like making friends with the local people and sharing their cultures. I have a background in the Arts and Art History, but also learning and teaching language is one of my passions. For example, I’ve been learning English, a little bit of Thai, and Mandarin. We, as language learners, need the motivation to keep learning. In my opinion, that kind of motivation mainly comes from having regular conversations with native speakers, especially those who have experienced the same struggles of learning a new language. In that sense, I want to offer you as much support as you need to achieve your goals.
We can start by learning to read the Korean alphabet, which is called Han-geul. And, for beginners and intermediate students, I use textbooks that will help you learn conversation skills more easily and effectively. I like to use a wide range of resources in our lessons, which help you practise useful grammar rules or conversation skills. A popular course is Speaking for Intermediate and Advanced Learners, which is ideal for those who want to talk about diverse topics. Also there is Korean for Business, which is a great way to quickly improve your professional language skills. Plus, if you need to prepare for academic study in Korean, I am happy to help you with that too.
