I adapt to each student’s personality and goals, being flexible and supportive or assertive and strict when necessary. To stay updated, I constantly research the latest methodologies and incorporate digital and interactive tools such as Kahoo, Genially, Quizlet or Anki. I am always open to suggestions and firmly believe in the reciprocal nature of the teaching-learning process. As a teacher, I recognize that I can learn just as much from my students.
